Exhaust Fan

The left side of the ARK5000 Pro is equipped with 16 high-speed negative pressure fans with a total airflow of up to 420,000 CFM, which exhaust the hot air generated by the miners.

Water curtain

The fan draws in cool air cooled by a water curtain to cool the machine while preventing most of the dust from entering the container, maintaining a clean environment for the miners.

Insulation Cotton

Insulation wool can further reduce the temperature of the top of the mining container in direct sunlight, effectively preventing the phenomenon of high temperature of the top machine.

Heat-resistant paint

The whole box is fully sprayed with reflective coating, which can make the temperature difference of the facade reach 20 degrees Celsius, and the heat insulation effect is very significant.

How to Ensure Product Compliance with North American Regulations

A new switchgear and enclosure design was utilized to meet NEC2020 requirements in a limited space.

The mining container incorporates a 2500A switchboard (with LSIG quadruple protection and support for remote differential release), 35 80A (optional 100A) molded case circuit breakers to control each PDU, and each of the 12 PDU sockets is fitted with an additional 20A switch for the S19/S21 with a current of approximately 16A. It is fully compliant with NEC2020 regulations and maintenance standards, and has a high breaking capacity of up to 100kA.

In our design, to disconnect the entire mine container, the operator must leave and operate it externally, thus ensuring absolute personnel safety.

Every electrical component and part is UL, ANSI, CSA and CE certified, and the entire mine container is CSA certified.

The distribution cabinets are arranged in three rows and the plastic-cased circuit breakers controlling the PDUs can be operated inside the container. However, when operating the 2500A main switch, the operator needs to leave the mining container and operate it externally, which ensures safety and is consistent with daily management procedures. In addition, a transformer cable connection has been reserved, making cable connections easier and saving external cables.

Configured with emergency lighting and monitoring systems that support multi-angle adjustments, infrared cameras, intrusion alarms, and more.

Equipped with 20 100M switches and 330 UTP, which are fixed to machine positions without interfering with wiring. Optional mining machine power cables are available for true plug-and-play convenience. Fan connections utilize quick connectors for easy and safe installation.
