Built on a standard 45-foot containerized structure, TIANQI dry coolers are fully compatible with global sea, rail, and road transportation, enabling fast deployment and seamless integration into mining sites worldwide.

Rather than providing fixed models, we engineer each dry cooler based on real project conditions, including heat load, climate, altitude, layout, and redundancy requirements—ensuring stable, efficient, and long-term operation in real-world mining environments.

Detachable W-shaped metal filter, suitable for year-round use. Prevents rain splashes and snow intrusion.

Modular triangular roof extending 1.5 m on both intake and exhaust sides for insulation and weather protection.

Aluminum alloy adjustable blinds covering up to 90% of the intake side to optimize airflow direction.

Thermal isolation system preventing hot air recirculation and improving cooling efficiency.

Creates a flat top and stable hot-air return path, eliminating airflow short-circuiting.

High-efficiency EC direct-drive fan with higher airflow and factory pre-installation.

Drawer-style expandable structure that allows the cold aisle or hot aisle to be widened as needed.The aisle width can be expanded up to 2.5 meters (≈ 8.2 ft), improving airflow organization and cooling efficiency.
